Land Bank Legislation Free Webinar!

POTTSTOWN, PA – Would you support state legislation that would mean more developable land, stronger local housing markets and increased property values all while protecting existing homeowners?

Pennsylvania is on the brink of enacting landmark legislation to do just that by authorizing the establishment of local land banks, the cutting edge approach to dealing with blight. PA’s land bank bill, HB712, would provide for the conversion of vacant or tax-delinquent properties into productive use.  HB 712 (Taylor, R, Philadelphia), passed the PA House of Representatives on June 29, 2010 by an overwhelming majority (190-8).  It will be considered – and hopefully passed – by the PA Senate this fall.
